Project Under Rp 200 M will Be Included In E-catalogue

Jakarta Governor, Basuki “Ahok” T Purnama, wants projects of goods and service procurement under Rp 200 million to be included in e-catalogue through Government Procurement Regulatory Agency (LKPP).

Ahok stated that if the project is under Rp 200 million included in e-catalogue, the goods item that will be purchased has attached service cost guarantee from Agent of Brand Holder (APM).Thus the goods maintenance in Regional Working Unit (SKPD) will no longer burden the City Budget (APBD).

E-Catalogue Proven Can Save Much Budget, Basuki Says

“So, all goods procurement offered to us are having authorized service and valid,” he expressed.

He cited the rubber boat purchased by Fire Handling and Rescue Department in general policy of 2016 APBD's priorities and preliminary thresholds (KUA-PPAS) has value under Rp 200 million. Its procurement is supposed to be through e-catalogue.

“E-catalogue system formed to ease us in procuring something,” he uttered.
